Repair, returns and exchange conditions

 

We assure you that we will deal efficiently with your return shipment. You can help speed this up by noting the following information:

Before sending a watch in for repairs or a return, please just inform us indicating the reason (it helps us to improve!) and product identification number on the warranty certificate by filling our contact form.

 

You will be contacted by our customer services department by e-mail within 24 hours and be issued with the authorization and return address.

When returning the watch to us we recommend that you either use the original packaging or package the watch in such a manner that it can be transported without damage. Please include the warranty in the parcel. To be safe, we recommend that you use a courier service such as FedEx or UPS. We recommend that you insure or register the parcel, should you decide to send it by regular mail.

 

Please note that we are unable to refund the following costs when returning products :
