30-day return policy

It is important to us that you are as happy with the watch you purchased online as you would have been had you personally selected it from a watch retailer. You can return the product to us within 30 days of receipt, should you not be completely satisfied with it, with good reason. We will refund you the purchase price or replace the watch according to your intentions.

Please fill in our Return form before returning the watch to us. We will use this form to issue you an authorisation number.

2 year international warranty

We're proud to be offering you watches that are manufactured from high quality materials with the utmost care. Every 121TIME watch is tested for waterproof integrity and timekeeping accuracy, amongst other things. Your watch also has a 2 year international warranty against manufacturing faults, from date of purchase. You can use this warranty worldwide at all official 121TIME service centers.

Please note the following in this regard:

• Warranty and maintenance services must be performed by an official 121TIME service centre.


• The warranty does not cover the following services: regular maintenance and services, damage caused by improper handling, careless usage, accidents, wear and tear from normal use, or water damage if not explicitly marked as waterproof.


• The warranty also becomes invalid if damage to the watch was caused by carelessness, negligence or unauthorised service and if this damage cannot be ascribed to a manufacturing fault.


• Changing of batteries in quartz watches is not included in the warranty unless the battery is found to be faulty
