It is important to us that you are as happy with the watch you purchased online as you would have been had you personally selected it from a watch retailer. You can return the product to us within 15 days of receipt , should you not be completely satisfied with it, with good reason. We will refund you the purchase price or replace the watch according to your intentions.

Of course the product should not have been worn!
